Shipping stays separate
Product prices include VAT. Delivery is quoted separately and does not receive the product markup. Stock and final delivery costs are confirmed before payment.
Batteries need specialist transport
All battery items in this catalogue require a transport acceptance check. They are not automatically booked through a standard parcel or locker service.
Long rails and larger assemblies
4.4 m and 5.45 m rails, frames, racks and large systems require suitable freight handling. Pump kits include a panel and need fragile-item delivery.
Warehouse confirmed per order
Supplier-direct dispatch does not automatically mean dispatch from Cape Town. Origin, stock availability, package count and lead time are confirmed for your order.

How delivery is priced
Every order needs a delivery quote based on its actual packaging and route. Small accessories require suitable boxes; inverters, batteries, long rails and panel kits need transport appropriate to the load.
Supplier packed weights, dimensions, dispatch warehouses and approved carrier rates still need confirmation. The calculator identifies delivery requirements; a confirmed shipping price is issued with your order quote.
Ordering & privacy
Submitting an enquiry creates a request for a quote, not a paid order or accepted subscription. Equipment, availability, model details, shipping and installation are confirmed before acceptance. After stock and shipping are confirmed, an approved quote can be paid through Yoco once card payments are activated.
Customer contact and site details are stored for Stephensons Electrical to prepare and respond to the requested quote. Customer details are only visible in the owner’s store office.
