What’s included. What to expect.
Agreed equipment scope
Standard inspection covers one inverter and its connected battery bank. Additional equipment and complex commercial sites require an agreed scope.
12-month initial term
Billed monthly in advance. The agreement allows cancellation on 20 business days’ recorded notice with no early-cancellation penalty, and preserves applicable cooling-off rights.
Separately quoted work
Parts, repairs, extra callouts, after-hours work, certificates, roof work and specialist access are excluded unless agreed separately.
After the first year
Renewal choices are explained before expiry. A new fixed term requires agreement; otherwise lawful monthly continuation applies.
